This 2 Shall Pass…

Mind, Spirit, Spiritual Prosperity

Throughout our lives, we experience the peppered disappointments of the human experience. Jobs/careers end. Wealth recedes. Loved ones make their earthly transition. Partners divorce. Friendships fade.  And when they do, we experience heart break, mourn the loss, and wonder from where our good will next come.

I am grateful and worthy of every good thing that life has to offer.

In order to accept a prosperous life, we must be absolutely clear in our individual mind that every good thing we want is also God’s desire for our life. To gain that clarity, it may help to ask yourself the following questions:

  • If Universe has an abundance of all good, why would Spirit want “me” to live in lack and limitation?
  • If God is unconditional love, how could “I” be excluded from that love?
  • Why would Divine Spirit create this vast universe filled with good and then seek only misery and poverty for “my” life?

The spiritual journey is all about learning to trust. The challenges we face in life are like clouds passing across the sky. They are temporary experiences, phase’s if-you-will, not designed to last.

Every event in my life has been perfectly orchestrated for my highest good.

In time, we learn that love doesn’t come from other people; it comes through them. After numerous job and/or career changes, we learn that an employer, company, or product(s) is not the source of our prosperity. And with time, we recognize that financial challenges don’t have to be permanent or perpetual. They’re simply trying to get our attention…show us that this is a time of growth.

You must remind yourself daily that your prosperity does not come from outside of you. The ultimate source of your good is God. And though life circumstances may change, the only lasting truth is that God is always there. The Universe never fails us!

I live out my imagination, not my history.

The power to live a prosperous life lives within you! You control your destiny in life. You decide how it will be, and then the Universe matches your vibration to bring your ideas and dreams into fruition.

Learning to trust the Universe is one of the greatest spiritual challenges; releasing the ego’s need to control and manipulate everything. But the one who succeeds is the one who lives a life of peace and abundant prosperity… mind/body/spirit. The person who learns to trust the Universe can say, “I don’t know how my good will come, but I know that it must come.”

So, the next time life’s challenges threaten your peace say to yourself, “this too shall pass.”

Yours in Divine Recognition,

P.S. Would love to know your thoughts here. Please take a moment to share in the comments below and if the Spirit moves you, feel free to share it on Facebook and Twitter as well. I appreciate you!

What a very inspirational post. Oftentimes we find ourselves in such situations that we feel we are all alone and that God has not heard our prayers. But everything will pass and the sun rises again.

Thank you for your kind words Easther. In situations such as you mention, we must remind ourselves, to let go and let God. Spirit hears every prayer and although we may not understand the delay, everything is for our highest good and in Divine time.

For me, trust is definitely the key here. Trust in whatever we believe in. Trust in ourselves, trust in the universe or the divine. Thanks you for this post. I enjoyed reading it.

Thank you for sharing your voice with the community here Sheila. We’re never more vulnerable than when we trust – but paradoxically, if we cannot trust, neither can we find peace. We must constantly remind ourselves that our desires our valid, release any doubts, and rest in the knowing that an outcome that which is for our highest good is Divinely ours.

For a long time, “this too shall pass” was my mantra…Fortunately those times went away (for now). They thought me though to treasure every moment of joy, any little thing around, anything that we take for granted so easily….

Yes Michael…in all things be grateful. Our challenges are here to awaken us and teach valuable lessons. In times of challenge, ask yourself, “What’s trying to emerge here? Then use the answer to create a new truth. Thanks for participating in the community here.

Very insightful post. I think the hardest thing for me to do was to transfer trust from myself (ego) to the Universe and I have to say it is often a lesson I’m taking refresher courses..:0

      Hi Grace,

Many thanks! The “ego Evolution” is a challenge for most of us, whether we recognize and acknowledge it or not. A little refresher never hurts (lol).

This post is a great reminder for me to know that this too shall pass. I may not be the wealthiest person in the world, but I am happy and loved. The reason why I am happy is that I am grateful for all the good that is in my life and I feel the love from God that surrounds me. I see an accomplished past and a great future. With that said, whatever obstacle that comes my way, I will always think, “this too shall pass.”

Leigh, I love the quotes that you put with your post.
