When we want to change something in our lives, it’s usually because we are dissatisfied with a certain condition(s) or a particular feeling associated with the “something” we want to change. The thing we may not realize is that in order to create lasting and long-term change, we must first cultivate an acceptance of what is; that is, we need to acknowledge that what is actually exist.

Take a look at what I mean…

Also, acknowledgement and acceptance helps us to let go of what is ready to be released and make way for what is ready to appear. When something in your life is no longer serving you, it needs to be released in order for you to be open to new possibilities that are waiting to emerge.

So, what is waiting to emerge in your life? What are you authentically ready to release to make room for your good? Let me know about the long-term changes you desire to make in your life in the comments below and as always, if you resonate with this message feel free to “Like it,” “Tweet it,” and “Google + it.” I appreciate You!

5 Ways to Flow Gracefully Through Change and Trust Your Intuition

Many people seek out my services when they are in the midst of some type of life change. And although the types of change they are experiencing may differ, each person describes the manner in which their change began as by having an inner feeling – long before there was any evidence of an outer change.

You know when you don’t like your career any more, and that it’s time to look into doing something else; You know when you are no longer in alignment with your partner and it’s time to release the relationship; You know when your body is not feeling well and it’s time to make healthier life choices. But, the question remains to what, where, and how?

WHEN IT’S TIME FOR A CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE, there is always a feeling in your gut…an inner guidance, that… you-know-what-you-know feeling, and it’s called your Intuition. Some people may experience a feeling of restlessness, anxiety, or even boredom. Others may experience a knowing that something is out-of-sync. Whatever, the experience, when you consistently feel any of these signs, consider it a Divine sign that it’s time to release, loose, and let go of something that is no longer working for you.

Now, for many people, when they become uncomfortable, the pain associated with the discomfort is motivation enough to become a change agent. These are the people that when they dislike their careers, they release their passionless pursuit and find something more fitting, work to synchronize their relationships, or take conscious action to improve the quality of their health and wellness; they do whatever it takes to move into a better feeling place – a higher vibration.

The dilemma for the remainder of us comes when we allow ourselves to live with that inner knowing and the prickly feelings in our gut; instead of viewing these feelings as a Divine sign, we make the conscious decision that “oh maybe it’s not so bad, I can stick it out.” But, this is a B-I-G, colossal mistake!

“What we resist, only grows stronger!”

When we choose to ignore the signs and symptoms long enough, the Universe will Pump Up the Volume on the message it’s trying to convey. So, rather than hiding from our truths, here is a little written exercise of questions that may help you get clear about your priorities and prevent the whispering signs from turning into a full-blown crisis.

Question 1 | Who or what feeds your soul?
Hint…These might be people you enjoy spending time with or things that you enjoy doing. Begin to pay attention to the times in your life when you feel joyful, enthusiastic, passionate, and full of life energy. Write down the reasons why you enjoy these people or things so much.

Question 2 | Who or what depletes your soul?
Hint…This could be a particular situation, a habitual train-of-thought, or a specific person…a negative or non-supportive friend, partner, or co-worker, a career that no longer serves you, or a dis-ease or discomfort in your body; whatever it is that makes you feel dread, depressed, hopeless, alone, or fearful about someone or something in your life.

Question 3 | What do you need to do?
Hint…Things that fall under this category are the things that are unlikely to change overnight…such as you may need to sustain your current career until prepare for the next, or you may be obligated to remain in another situation, for the moment, due to an circumstance beyond your control.

Question 4 | What do you absolutely L-O-V-E to do?
Hint…Just for a moment, suspend any thoughts about the “how” and simply focus on what activities bring you pure joy.

Question 5 | What is your plan of action?
Hint…Review the list you just created. You should unearth some clear indication of things you need to release and the areas of your life that are depleting your soul. You will also discover what people and things make your heart sing. Your intuition guides you to the right choices through your heart.

Next, write about some small, consistent steps you are willing to take to align your life with your highest priorities; the people, things and circumstances that make you happiest. Remember, if you ignore all the messages you receive about your unsatisfactory life, the signs begin to manifest as symptoms in your body…headaches, fatigue, depression, ulcers, and other dis-ease. However, when you learn to honor the wisdom of what you know…your intuition, you will find that a Divine force rallies behind you to support your highest and best good.

So, tell me, what do you think about today’s post? I would love to hear from you. Did you receive any value, perhaps a gentle reminder to trust your intuition? Share your thoughts in the comments below and if you received any value, please share it on Facebook and Twitter. I appreciate YOU!

#1 Reason Why Change May Invoke Fear and How to Overcome it

Through my personal evolution, I have made some conscious decisions to change how I lived at different time points in my life. These changes have opened me to new possibilities, multiple synchronicities, Divine interventions, and healings of past burdens and hurts. The changes have also shifted my relationships considerably.

The issue of relationships is often the greatest concern of those on the path of change in any area of their life: personal, family, career, health (especially weight release), financial, and etc. You may worry, “What will my friends and family think,”… How will they relate to me, with my newfound interest and different mindset?” You may also find yourself losing interest in old friends, your present career, having less tolerance for certain behaviors, and craving new friendships with like-minded people.

Know this…Change is the only constant in life. Change is inevitable and when you open your mind, heart, and spirit, change can be a wondrous, beautiful experience when you allow yourself to trust the process and believe in your dreams.

Press play on the video below to watch:

You see, we are attracted to people and environments whose mind-sets and energy mirror our own — it’s a matter of common interests. And sometimes we are guided to release relationships, environments, and conditions whose purpose has been served. This can feel frightening to anyone. The need for external acceptance may kick in, for some it may be ego, and others it can elicit feelings of guilt.

However, the truth is, when you decide to make a conscious change in your life, it does not mean that you are judging, criticizing, or abandoning anyone or anything. On the contrary, you are simply allowing yourself to be guided according to the spiritual Law of Vibration and Law of Attraction. As your life shifts, you will naturally seek out people with whom you have things in common and environments that nurture your spirit. Give yourself permission to be happy. It’s perfectly acceptable to feel confident and excited about your transition because you deserve to have joy in your life. And as long as you hold a positive expectation, this transition will bring the people, environments, and conditions into your life that which will support your evolution.

So, I’d love to hear from you!  Have you had this experience before?  Do you have an insight or realization that you would like to share with the community here? Did you gain a better understand through this post today? If you did, please share this with your Twitter and Facebook. I appreciate you!

To Your True Liberation,
